The person behind the platform.
Rafael Rolim has spent over a decade working across digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, performance marketing and AI content systems. He has led teams, managed large-scale campaigns, and trained AI models through RLHF projects — always at the intersection of technology, creativity and culture.
Engine Sphere grew from a single conviction: automotive culture is not a list of specifications. It is a web of relationships — between machines and people, cities and factories, engineering decisions and cultural movements. Rafael built Engine Sphere to make those relationships visible, and to create a platform that treats cars with the same depth that museums bring to art.
His wider work — Engine Sphere, The Templo, NomadeX, 365 Engines — shares a common thread: building systems where art, technology, memory, and meaning converge. He thinks in ecosystems, symbols and long arcs. Engine Sphere is one chapter of a larger vision.
A living knowledge graph connecting cars, engines, designers, manufacturers, places and eras through real relationships.
Editorial writing that asks not only what a machine is, but why it endured — history, engineering, design and cultural memory.
Prints, apparel and garage objects — each tied to a specific entity or story in the graph. Nothing generic.
