Made to order

Every Engine Sphere product is produced on demand by professional print partners. Nothing sits in a warehouse: when you place an order, your item goes into production specifically for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Printed locally, shipped locally

Orders are routed to production facilities in the United States and Europe whenever possible, so your order is printed and shipped close to you. This reduces shipping times and, for most US and EU customers, avoids surprise customs duties.

Delivery estimates

• United States: 3–8 business days after production
• Europe: 3–10 business days after production
• Rest of the world: 10–30 business days after production

Estimates are not guarantees; carriers occasionally face delays beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipped across borders, any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us via our contact page with your order number and (for damage) photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund — see our return policy.
