Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery via our contact pagewith your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Made-to-order products
Because every item is produced on demand specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or, for apparel, an incorrectly chosen size. Please double-check sizes and details before ordering — size guides are available on product pages.
Orders lost in transit
If tracking shows no delivery and a reasonable carrier delay has passed, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund the order in full.
EU and UK customers
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that may apply in your country for defective goods. Note that under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
