Entity Overview
The Ferrari F80 is the newest car in Ferrari's halo lineage, unveiled in October 2024, replacing the naturally aspirated V12 tradition of every halo car before it with a twin-turbo hybrid V6.
It is the successor to the LaFerrari and the sixth car in the unbroken line running from the 288 GTO. Its name revives the anniversary-naming convention the F40 (40th anniversary) and F50 (50th anniversary) established, and that the Enzo and LaFerrari had broken from: the F80 commemorates Ferrari's 80th anniversary, the company having been founded in 1947, arriving three years ahead of that milestone.
